Hi everyone, quick question for those in Scarborough. We are prepping our home to go on the market in a few months, and our pre-listing inspector flagged that two of our basement window wells are sagging away from the foundation wall, letting dirt drop into the drain. He warned us that potential buyers will definitely see it as a red flag during their home inspection. I was searching online for a reliable window well repair near me in Toronto https://leaquida.ca/window-well-waterproofing-toronto/ and Leaquida came up with stellar customer feedback. For anyone who has used their service to prepare a house for sale, how fast was their turnaround time from quote to finishing the job?
